1. AFTER-SALES - it is any support provided to a customer after the product or service has already been purchased.
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO CONSIDER BEFORE INVESTING IN A DASHCAM.
Make sure the seller or installer is accessible when there is a dashcam issue. Accessible means they can be physically present or pwede nyo mapuntahan. Or else sayang ang inyong investment.

2. WARRANTY 📅 - Online store usually give 7 days warranty/replacement only. On the other hand some seller will offer 3 long years of warranty. Sounds good right? Here is the problem, they are too far to attend to your needs when dashcam problem arises. It's a hassle from both sides.
3. REPLACEMENT- you have to clarify with the seller if they are going to repair or replace a new one when there is a defect on your dashcam. Long waiting time is going to be frustrating, once you have a dashcam, driving without it is never be the same again.

4. MEMORY CARD (or the video storage)
It is equally important as the camera (dashcam). Remember, dito naka store ang mga recorded videos. It must be high-quality and reliable. Expect it does not come with a cheap price.
The higher the capacity, the better! You will never know if you will be needing the significant video for reviews or for legal matters later. Remember, when the memory is full. it will automatically delete the oldest video clips one by one. Madaling mapuno ang memory kapag mataas ang resolution ng dashcam. (Mas malinaw, mas malaki ang file size)
DID YOU KNOW: The most common issue of dashcam is the memory card compatibilty.
DO NOT SETTLE FOR A CHEAP MEMORY CARD. Most of the time, cheap memory cards are fake.
